Our complimentary fitness assessment is designed to examine your current fitness level, measure your body fat, and then develop a personalized program to help you reach your goals. You’ll meet with one of our certified personal trainers who will show you exercises that promote weight loss and build muscle and even provide nutrition advice. We've got what you need to become more fit than you ever thought possible.

We’re so happy you’ve decided to take the first step in creating a healthy and active lifestyle. Our fitness orientation is designed to show you all of the ways our club can help you. You'll meet with a certified personal trainer to discuss your fitness goals; we’ll show you all of the club’s amenities and introduce you to our group fitness classes; and much more!

Getting in great shape is more than just lifting weights and running on the treadmill a couple of time each week. We’ll take a personal interest in your specific needs to help you look and feel amazing!
